Tonya Madia is an author, reiki master, medium, certified hypnotist, yoga teacher, and spiritual life coach who believes in the importance of cultivating and trusting your intuition. During a reading Tonya naturally tunes into energy vibrations or frequencies that are specific to each client. Through this process she receives information for her clients in the form of intuitive thoughts, feelings, images, and sounds.
As a Medium Tonya often sees spirits and the images that they show her during sessions. Every spirit communicates differently. Tonya likes to think of spirits as simply people without bodies, and as such their personalities are just as varied as ours. Although she does not control if or who “comes through” for each client, she is a firm believer that messages received for clients are always the right message at the right time.
Tonya often enlists the aide of oracle cards to provide insight and clarification during her readings. Oracle cards offer guidance by shedding light on context through archetypal symbols and patterns.

Soul Contact Sessions
Soul Contact Sessions are a gentle form of hypnosis allowing access to higher states of consciousness, guiding each person on a journey into the unconscious mind, for the purpose of making contact with the soul, to explore possible past lives, lives between lives, or perhaps making contact with guides or spiritual masters, for the purpose of discovering what the individual has accomplished at the soul level and, in the case of past life recall, uncovering whether there was a spiritual gain or loss during a particular life time.
The purpose of Reiki is to restore balance to the energetic bodies, and to return the body to its natural frequency. Reiki promotes a deep sense of relaxation and well being, cultivating an environment for inner peace and balance.

At the end of each session, she shares these messages and answer any questions the client may have.
Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga is a journey that leads us home to ourselves; Tonya loves teaching private sessions as it allows her the opportunity to work one-on-one with each client to create a practice tailored just for them. Tonya works with each client to help them learn proper alignment, and how to break poses down into easily digestible parts. She also demonstrates how to modify poses when necessary to help clients create a home practice that works best for their body.
The physical benefits of meditation include lowered blood pressure, decreased tension-related pain, increased serotonin production, and a boost to the immune system. Many people believe that their busy and fluctuating minds make a daily meditation practice impossible. The truth is that anyone can learn how to cultivate the habits required to meditate.
In each one-hour session Tonya shares techniques to help establish a successful meditation practice. She explains the fundamentals of meditation as well as the various types of meditation practices. The goal of these sessions is to assist clients in establishing their own home meditation practice within six weeks.
